Universal Beverage Equipment was incorporated and started operations on May 1st 1988 with the business mission to:

A. Provide efficiency designs for beverage processing systems and components.

B. Provide full technical assistance and spare parts for the Mojonnier Cooler-Cooler and Flo-Mix systems installed worldwide.

The original five founder members of UBE have an in depth technical know how acquired during their many years with Mojonnier, until it was sold to new owners in 1987.

Each has many years experience of beverage processing systems. Many important contributions have been made by them, to the original designs of 100's of systems still in operation throughout the world. These systems are in use by many of the major names in the soft drinks industry as well as the smaller independent bottler.
